After filling by sausage stuffing machine, the whole sausage is one complete long one, so we should clipping it to many segments by clipper, it is semi-automatic work, pneumatic driving by an air compressor, made of all stainless steel, fast twisting and kinking sausages, clipping sausage to many pieces with different length, the length of each part sausage is adjustable and controlled by need, we could control the length by ourselves.
